Get to know me!

Hi, I’m Chantel, a graphic designer who loves turning ideas into bold, thoughtful visuals that celebrate community and spark connection. I’m all about design that tells a story, invites people in, and actually means something.

I studied Visual Communication at Farmingdale State College, where I had the chance to dive into both print and digital design. I was honored to receive the Academic Excellence Award, and even won the Senior Project Design Expo competition for a full campaign I created to promote the event across campus and online. During my internship with the college’s Marketing and Communications Department, I got to work on everything from branding the Multicultural Gala to creating viral GIFs for Commencement, including one that hit over 80,000 views on Giphy.

Currently, I’m freelancing and collaborating with other artists on upcoming projects that push creative boundaries and explore new ideas. Whether I’m designing motion graphics, laying out a brochure, or working with a team, I always aim to make work that’s engaging, inclusive, and creatively solid.

When I’m not staring at the screen, you’ll probably find me sketching around the city, reading up on Dada art history, or hunting down the next cool gallery. I’m also a proud cat person and a serious Hess truck collector (yes, really).
