A Design Win to Close the Chapter
For the Spring 2025 semester, I had the privilege of designing the poster for the Senior Project Expo at Farmingdale State College. Students were encouraged to create a design of their choice, with the senior class voting for the winning entry. The chosen designer would then collaborate with the Farmingdale Memorial Gallery department to bring their vision to life. I was honored to win the contest, and my design was featured across various platforms, including posters, postcards, TV screens, social media, and a gallery banner. The poster focused on illustrating a student's workspace, featuring tools such as a cutting mat, X-Acto knife, and pencil to symbolize their dedication, creativity, and progress. This design not only highlighted students' hard work but also provided a glimpse into the upcoming exhibition. The final design was intended to inspire both the students participating and the viewers, offering a visual representation of the effort and passion behind the Senior Project Expo.
